Louie Gobbi

Louie, has been in the Construction industry since his late teens. He has a vast set of skills sharpened and perfected over his 65 plus years in the construction industry. He is part of the history on many of the major projects constructed in Northern Ca. He had served as an Operating Engineer for over 45 years from 1957 until his retirement in 2002. He has worked for some of the largest and best construction companies over his career as an Operator, Forman, and General Superintendent. Louie started Renting tractors as a hobby that grew to a full time full blown industry wide known company.

Nathan Ehni

Nathan got his start in the Construction Industry in 1997 where he found his passion for the Construction Industry and Caterpillar Equipment. He followed in his father’s footsteps starting as a shop and field mechanic, progressing into sales and later into management. His father retired from the industry as “The Legend” of the West Coast for Caterpillar.

Nathan has always lived by “keep it simple, know your product, know your customer." Over time he gained a reputation for his hard work and dedication to customer relationships and was honored Nationally by Caterpillar for being a market leader. In 2014 Nathan partnered with Louie to bring to life their shared vision of becoming the “Premier Rental Equipment Supplier” in Northern California.

Outside of the business Nathan’s greatest work is sharing and teaching his 2 boys the ethics of hard work and staying focused.

Jim Gobbi

Jim, Louie’s oldest son, started in the construction industry after his service in the U.S. Army. Jim has a heavy background in the construction industry from moving dirt to finishing his career in the Operating Engineer’s as a Paving Forman in 2016.
